Fossils. Prepared Diplomystus fossil, a late early Eocene herring. The specimen is about one-half natural size. Dorsal scutes are partly separated from the body. The worm-like objects are fish coprolites containing fragments of fish bones. Collected from the Green River Formation 9 miles west of Kemmerer, Wyoming. July 1984.
